Having choreographed and led 100+ performances, conducted 50+ workshops, and served as Director Choreographer for the film Vada Ghar, Yash continues to shape high-impact cultural productions across Canada, including Navratri and Diwali celebrations. Through Inspire Dance Academy, his vision is to create confident, disciplined, and expressive performers by combining strong technical foundations with creativity, cultural pride, and modern artistry—empowering dancers to move with purpose both on stage and beyond.
Yash Kariya is the Founder and Creative Director of Inspire Dance Academy Canada, with over 15 years of experience in dance and cultural arts. Born in Gondal, Gujarat, India, he began his dance journey at the age of 11 and holds a formal diploma in dance. Trained under renowned mentors, including Charlese Sir from Kings United India (World of Dance winners), Yash has developed a versatile and expressive style that blends Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Heels, and Semi-Classical forms, grounded in precision, storytelling, and emotion.

Lead Choreographer
Sneha Doshi is a Lead Choreographer at Inspire Dance Academy with 8 years of experience in the dance industry. Trained in Bollywood, semi-classical, freestyle, and hip-hop, she brings versatility, energy, and expression to every performance. With over 3 years at Inspire, Sneha is passionate about nurturing dancers and creating impactful, memorable choreography.
Operations Manager
Yashika Chawla has been managing the operations at Inspire Dance Academy for the past 3 years. With a strong passion for dance and excellent organizational skills, she ensures the academy runs smoothly both behind the scenes and on the floor. Her dedication and commitment play a key role in supporting the team and creating a positive experience for every dancer.
