Effective for all classes, batches, workshops, rehearsals, and showcases conducted by Inspire Dance Academy
By registering for any program and/or completing payment on the Inspire Dance Academy website, the participant (or parent/legal guardian, in the case of minors) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Inspire Dance Academy reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during classes, rehearsals, events, and final showcases.
These materials may be used for:
No compensation or additional approval will be required from participants or parents/guardians.
Dance is a physical activity and involves inherent risks.
By enrolling:
Participants (or parents/guardians) voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur.
Inspire Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical conditions, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Participants are advised to ensure they are physically fit to participate.
All registrations are final.
Fees once paid are non-refundable

Inspire Dance Academy reserves the right to:
Modify schedules
Change instructors
This may occur due to operational needs, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
For programs that include a final dance showcase:
A mandatory costume rental fee of $30 per participant will be charged
This fee is separate from batch registration fees
Participation in the final showcase is subject to:
Regular attendance
Discipline
Inspire Dance Academy holds full discretion over:
Choreography
Formations
For children’s programs:
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up
Inspire Dance Academy does not provide supervision before or after class timings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Inspire Dance Academy is not liable for:
Loss
Theft
Participants are expected to:
Respect instructors, staff, fellow dancers, and venues
Follow classroom rules and guidelines
Any misconduct, indiscipline, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without any refund.
Inspire Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be legally liable for any claims, disputes, losses, injuries, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in any program, rehearsal, or showcase.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future programs offered by Inspire Dance Academy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
